This guide provides information on how to conduct participatory cooking demonstrations of dishes using locally-grown and affordable ingredients. It includes traditional recipes that have been revised to enhance their nutritional value, as well as a complementary feeding guide for children aged 6 to 9 months, 9 to 12 months, and 12 to 24 months.
