Intellectual Property Rights 

The texts on this website, such as the abstracts and editorial information, are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License. 

Save the Children owns the rights to all images, unless otherwise indicated. Images on the site may not be copied or used in any other context without prior permission.  

Users are encouraged to use materials presented within the Resource Centre to the extent the various publications permit. The Resource Centre does not retain the rights to materials presented within the library, unless explicitly stated. The copyright of respective materials belong to the copyright holder detailed within the work. The Resource Centre does not grant permission to copy, re-use, or alter publications hosted on the platform. If users wish to re-use publications, it is the user’s responsibility to determine if permission is needed and to obtain permission from the copyright owner before doing so. If users wish to disseminate Save the Children publications, users may link to said publication on the Resource Centre, but may not host the publication natively. 

Many materials on the Resource Centre are licensed undeCreative Commons. The Creative Commons license details how the publication may be used and/or shared. 

Some materials are not licensed under Creative Commons, but have been made available through other licensing agreements.
